Group Exercise
Group exercise classes are a fun, motivating way to get moving, and a place where friends and co-worker of all skill levels can train together. With aerobics, aquatics and cycling classes available, Taking Care Center has a group for you.
Classes include: Spinning, awesome abs, cardio kick, step, boot camp style classes, firm action, reflective stretch, dynamic core, and Zumba.
Group exercise classes are included with your Taking Care Center membership.
