The Mind Body Studio 

Pilates focuses on breath, core conditioning and postural awareness. Our certified instructors will help you stretch, slim and strengthen your body.  A Pilates class is a perfect compliment to cardiovascular, sports and rehabilitation training. These unique exercises train your body from the core outward with a focus on proper alignment.

Our Yoga classes are for all levels and include a mix of styles.  Our expert instructors provide individual attention and focus on proper form and alignment.  Our yoga classes will help increase your flexibility and strength while relieving stress.   

Stretching classes are a great addition to your everyday exercise routine.  Spend 40 minutes in our stretching classes to unwind and relax while getting the benefits of increased flexibility.
