Small Group Training
The Taking Care Center is excited to add small group training to our menu of services! These sessions combine the fun and excitement of group classes with the guidance and workout benefits of personal training, all in an affordable package. You can gather your own group or sign up to be placed into a group and make new friends. Here are some of the programs we are currently offering:

HIIT IT is a half-hour high-intensity circuit style session with the work and rest intervals carefully timed to achieve an intense full-body workout. The exercises are primarily full body functional movements which use a variety of unique equipment as well as your own body as resistance. This fast-paced group session will fire up your fat burning furnace, increase your strength and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. For more information on this program contact Brian Ayers .

If you like The Biggest Loser, you will love our Lb. Dropper Challenge. This 8 week weight loss program combines a high powered exercise program with fat blasting nutitional guidance to melt away those unwanted pounds.
