Aquatics

Taking Care Center has aquatics for the adults during the weekdays and the entire family on the weekend. Our club offers open swim times; children swim lessons and swimming social events. We also have expert swimming instruction for all experience levels.

Aquatics classes at Taking Care are a great way to add variety to your exercise routine. Your body's natural buoyancy reduces stress on your joints, and can even alleviate arthritic pain.
