Group exercise classes are a fun, motivating way to get moving. Our expert instructors will lead you to incredible results. Classes are available everyday to supplement your exercise program.
Group exercise is a place where friends and co-worker of all skill levels can train together. With aerobics, aquatics and cycling classes available, Taking Care Center has a group for you.
Classes include: Spinning, awesome abs, cardio kick, step, boot camp style classes, firm action, reflective stretch, step and dynamic core.
