Dynamic Core: This class will lead you into a challenging core workout incorporating the use of Stability balls, BOSUs, and free weights for the ultimate union of strength, stability, flexibility and balance.
Pilates: Experience a fusion of both Yoga and Pilates for those who want to improve their fitness, posture, and appearance. All levels are welcome.
Reflective Stretching: Need to de-stress, unwind and unknot? This class is designed for both your body and soul. Stretching is combined with basic breathing exercises to help you find the physical and mental energy and stamina to finish off your week.
Yoga: This class will help you relieve stress while increasing muscular strength, endurance, power and joint flexibility. The cost of this 8-week program is $55.00 for members and $98.00 for non-members (plus tax). Drop in fees are $8/members and $14/non-members.
